Baluster at stair tread nose

For a good reason, how would I control the balusters so they will start exactly at the nosing line (blue). Thanks

Why on the tip of the nose? Would not that be a weak point? Those balusters are usually supported on the stringers or on the middle of the treads as shown above.

If that's the design intent, maybe a Railing Type where the Balusters are Handrail Supports. Supports can be manually adjusted.
