Background color drafting view

Hello,
 
I have a problem in my template, when I create a new drafting view the background color is always beige and not white. With the default Autodesk template, it's white. Do you now how to change this (I join the template) ?

I discovered the problem. There was on the drafting view an elevation drawing template that had a background. The drawing view takes on the color of the soil.
Some kind of bug?

I saved the template in the attached file.

May i know how did you make the grey color hatch, can i make it that grey in 3D view alone? if yes, please share the procedure step by step.
