Backgroud size in render

Hello, trying to put backgroud in render. 

there is possibility to have the house a little bit smaller than that in the pic?

you can also scale bigger your image in photoshop and can adjust resolution. thanks

2 question:

1) if have the pic the have angulation lower than project? Project is not alligned with angulation of pic. Can I rotate the project wiht lower angle?

2) the project is too big than the pic. If zoom out don't seem riduce the porject.

If I zoom out keep the same format.

I don't understand the question  --  or the screenshots.  Why is your house tilted like that in the view?  If that is the correct building orientation for the view, then that background image obviously isn't going to work.

@barthbradley  didn't find the "orbit command" on Full Navigation Wheel

The other question is how I can reduce the dimension of the house in the project. 

But think is with scale command. 

But I can't have a scale between 1:50 and 1:100.

For example 1:75?
