Back Ground Image No longer behaving

For years I would insert a background image in my perspectives.

View: Graphic Display: Backgrounds: Image: (set it to stretch) and bam. what was on the view is what would print.

Out of the blue the Background image no longer prints or pdf's at the same scale as displayed in the view. http://screencast.com/t/ekdpu9dZ6P2

I have made new projects from current templates, miss behaves, I have opened past projects that have had for year(s) the back ground image no longer dispalys correctly) I have tried a new project with NO template, again miss behaves.

This behavior is not merely my computer. It is now occuring on the draftes computer

We are both Revit Arch 2016, but he is R2 and I am service pack 2

Any thoughts as to why the back ground now prints at a different scale than the display?

Thank you in advance for any and all help that you might have

Good morning Kim,

Thank you for your response.

This "work around" is NOT an acceptable solution.

Please confirm that Autodesk is actively working to resolve this new problem.

I need honesty! because if they are not our firm will need to QUICKLY change the procedures and time allotment we use to produce renderings for our clients.

Please confirm.

Thank you.
