We have been using iSync for many years. It is an app that has been updated a many times, and currently comes with a very nice interface that shows the sync status of the loaded documents and an action log. It works well with with types of documents. What I enjoy the most with iSync is the possible configurations: one can sync all the time or just when Revit is not in use, with multiple timers and detection of changes locally and on the central file, etc. Nice support forum as well.
