Autodesk Material Library 2016 cannot be installed

Hello,

For some reason my free trial of Revit will not allow me to install the Materials Library so I am unable to produce renderings. Can anyone help me fiigure out why? I have tried reinstalling the program several times and I either get stuck on the installation progress screen for hours or I get the message in the image below. Any help will be much appreciated!!

For Revit 2016 download and install from virtual agent... a link can be found in my signature below.

Download both parts then extract to the default folder C:\Autodesk...

Before you download:

1. Anti virus and firewall off
2. Admin access
3. type %TEMP% in windows start /run command and delete all that is in that folder (skip any files in use)
