following a few revit blogs i have found out that there is a new Revit Update for revit 2017 (revit 2017.2.4). unfortunatly this update is not showing the Autodesk Desktop App for anyone in my office. wondering if Autodesk has found this to be true for others? if so, is there a resolution?

Try logging out and logging back in...it also has to be authorized to users to be downloadable at the account portal to show on the Desktop App.

But I show the 17.2.4 and 18.3.2 updates as of a week ago.

I logged out and logged back in and same result. everyone in our office has had that authorization for as long as I can remember.

hello, try to uninstall Autodesk Desktop App and reinstall again, it could solve your issue. thanks

Hi @jledgewood409

Can you check for this update by signing in to your Autodesk Account at manage.autodesk.com and let me know if you are able to see this?

Regards,

Yes, I do see the .2.4 update in that location. we typically get these updates from the Autodesk desktop app. just wondering why its not listed in the Autodesk Desktop App?

Hi @jledgewood409

I checked your account information.

You do have access to Revit 2017.2.4, if you've already installed this from your accounts portal, then this will not show up on your Desktop App.

Hi @jledgewood409

The updates will show up when you have not installed them on both accounts portal and desktop app.

a similar situation is happening to a co-worker. this co-worker does not have revit update 2017.2.4 install and yet he is not able to see the update in his Autodesk Desktop App.

@jledgewood409

Ask him to Launch Revit - sign out and sign in again to Desktop app. Make sure your co-worker is having the latest updates for your Desktop App.

Hi @jledgewood409

Can you ask your co-worker to contact support?

This may be a subscription issue.
