We issue standalone licenses for AutoCAD 2017 to some of our users. On one machine that is newly imaged, registration fails with Error 0010.15. I went in and made sure that the service was started for FlexLM. I also tried to chase down the ADSKFLEX_NUMBERS_TSF.data file and could never find it anywhere in the user's AppData folder. She is running Windows 10 Enterprise. Are there any other steps I can take besides uninstalling and reinstalling AutoCAD 2017? I have already ran a repair and that came out clean but didn't work. I get a License manager message that says it has malfunctioned after I close this message.

There are a couple of things that can cause this problem, in this case, I would first to try and follow this two steps:
If this doesn't work you can try to disable your virusscan and retry.
And if this doesn't work you can try the following:
If you go to the proxy settings (IE = tools menu -> Internet options -> Connections tab -> LAN settings) you get a new window, where you have to click 'advanced'.
In this window you see: Servers and Exceptions.
At Exceptions you may add (copy) the following text:
