Is there no way to make the attachment of the walls, columns and beams take place automatically and that they are in the priority order by the columns first then the beams and finally the walls ?

because changing the attachment priority each time takes a lot of time

There is no OOTB solution but at least you can turn on Multiple Switch.

That priority suggests to me that your Columns are Structural - not Architectural. They are actually going to support walls/beams.  If so, I would use Structural Columns  - instead of columns that inherit the material of surrounding elements (e.g. Architectural Columns).   FWIW: you can disable auto join by deselecting the "Automatically Join to Walls"  checkbox in the Architectural Column Family.
