Assistance Needed with Revit and BIM 360 Docs Integration Issue

Dear Support Team,
I recently purchased a single-user license for Revit, which supports integration with BIM 360 Docs. My goal is to work in the cloud with a live model. However, when the main project manager accesses my Revit account in their BIM 360 project, I encounter an issue. I cannot click on the file, and it appears as a blurred file in the Revit software. Additionally, I cannot see other files in Revit.
Interestingly, when I access the BIM 360 Docs project through a browser, the file appears clearly and I am able to download it without issue.
Could anyone please help me understand what might be causing this problem and how I can resolve it?
