if I have a wall like that and it separated into more than one piece 

can I give different assembly codes for every part of the wall

Assembly code, not that I know of (Except of course creating a project parameter for category Parts named "Assembly Code" and Manually inserting your code, which is relatively dull workaround)
But maybe you can tell me what you're after from this and we can reach it with some other workflow

 How about a workflow that creates Parts and Assemblies? You can add Assembly codes to Assembly Parts.
