Assemblies in IFC

I recognized that the assemblies are exploding by exporting my model in a IFC. I always need to disassemble them  each time before exporting an IFC to prevent this error. Is this a Bug or what do i need to do?

under while i could figure out, that the bug especially appears when the content of the family is not placed on their reference plane and controlled by a parameter. in some familiys we use this  for elements/families that are usually not placed on the floor to enhance the drafting process. If we place for axample a cupboard the insert level is controlled by a custom familiy parameter with a  offset of 1400 mm to the floor. in cases that the cupboard needs to be placeed lower or higher we change our custom familiy parameter "offset" in the project an not the system parameter "base offset"
