Assembled Stair with Mitered Edges

I'm not sure if its a default revit stair but I have an assembled stair in a residential project that I'd like to have mitered edges where the tread and riser meet (see first image below). I think the setting where one would change this is in the second image but none of the options work. Anyone know how I could do that?

I would save that level of detailing for Detail Views.

...but it could be done. It's just unnecessary (and tedious) work in my opinion.
