Artificial Lights settings not working - Revit 2019

Hi everyone, 

I am working on Revit 2019. I wanted to enter the settings window for Artificial Lights on the Rendering options but nothing opens when I click the button. It is not greyed out and I am able to click it (as you can see in the picture) but nothing happens when I do. It also doesn't work if I try to set them up through Properties - Camera - Rendering Settings - Artificial Lights.

I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue with Revit 2019. As far as I remember, I had no errors when installing Revit, so not quite sure what could be causing this.

All views or just one?

If I create a view with the Camera tool, it works. But if I use the default 3D View or a duplicate of the default 3D View, it doesn't work.

I suspect your 3D view got corrupted. It happens. Don't duplicate. Recreate.
