Array quantity input way in outer space

How do I control the array quantity input ? Mine is way out there, and am curious if I can bring it in closer.

by associating the Count to a Parameter without a Formula.  Instead drive Length via a Formula that uses Count.

maaaaan now I finally just cracked the code on these 'advanced' families I have been using.

 

And both of you guys are solution rock stars! I am out here fighting for scraps trying to get my 5 monthly solutions to get on that leaderboard 😅 but everything is always answered
