Array issues

Hello,

Just having array issues again (this tool seems very finicky) I have an extrusion that has a width constrained by 2 vertical planes. I want to array the to the object horizontally and be able to manage the width still. The issue is that it only allows me to array vertically unless I unconstrain the extrusion.

Alternatively I have tried arraying a sweep which worked but I am unable to alter the width of the extrusion.

Hello @braicodavid

I suggest that you have to create your extrusion into a different family and placed the parameter(width) and load it into another family.

Then create a associated family parameter(width) and array the created extrusion.
