Architecture_Area in Grey cannot select

Hi. I want to make an area of a room but connot pick up Architecture_Are as this is in grey and cannot select it... don't know why?

Why don't you use Room instead?

To use Area you need to create Area plans. They serve other purposes such as Gross Building Area, Rentable/Usable Area, etc...

Once I created a Room

There is a double anoying "Not Enclosed" bellow 

How can I get rid of these?

Or even better how do I edit the boundaries of the room to adjust them??

Yes. They do.

No. But you need to manually draw Area boundaries to calculate Areas.

Do you have walls around the Room?

Draw walls, or Room boundaries around your Room and adjust them.
