I am trying to link an Architectural Revit Project Model (2019) into a large Revit Site model using Shared Coordinates. When linking the Revit Architectural model into the site model it breaks into several pieces that are located in different adjacent locations. I am unsure why it is doing this.
There are no site options in the Architectural model
There are no hidden elements in the Architectural Model.

Is the model your calling 'original model' created using linked models?
If it does have links attached do you know if they all the same 'shared' coordinates?
I suspect the Original model is created using links and those links do not share the same coordinates
Hope this helps

Its an original model, its just building geometry with no internal links in it.

Hard to tell from the exploded image but looks like specific worksets, groups or categories are displaced.
Any chance you could share the file? I can then investigate the cause.
Does the exploded elements reside in groups?
Does this behaviour happen immediately when you link, and is this behaviour in all views? Could it be that the 3D view has been set to displace these elements?

The Exploded elements do not reside in groups. There are groups in the original file but they are for the exterior facade. This behavior happens immediately when I link and it also happens when I saved it out as a detached model. I am checking with my superiors to see if I am authorized to share project files.

Could there be a Design option that you are looking at in the original and when you import it, it comes in as the main design option? I have see that but never as displaced as this one.
