Apply Revision Cloud to all sheets

I have to submit a project and I revised a part of the drawing and I add a revision cloud.

revision date/number only shown in the sheet I created the revision cloud.

1- How to apply the revision number/date to the other sheets? without copy/past the revision cloud to all sheets and turn their visibility off?

2- also when it shows the number, it doesn't show the triangle around the number. it shows the number without the triangle. to put that triangle around the number?
