Apartment building with multiple revit links. Turn off levels?

I am designing a five story apartment building with multiple units linked in as separate Revit files. There are multiple copies of each unity type link. In elevations I have very dense concentration of level bubbles. Each unit is arriving when linked with its levels layered over the next. I'm using Revit 2024 and have done Manage>Manage Links> Selected a Revit Link and "Manage Worksets" button does not activate. Help? I cant send the elevations out with this density of level bubbles. Thank you.

If the Manage worksets is grayed out, that means the linked model does not have workset in it. If you click it and it's not doing anything, check your second screen and see if it appeared somewhere else. 

If you need to get this out ASAP, you can turn off the levels/worksets for the linked models in the VG overrides for your elevations. In the VG overrides, Click on Revit links, and then the top one, select BY host View. In the Basic tab, select custom, and then you can go to each tab, make it custom, and then edit what's visible for this view/ view template.

Wow! Interesting case! @juliar123 recomendation will be your fire hose, but will need a proper workaround to handle such amount of levels:

- First of all, if link levels are related to main model's, use copy monitor to keep all of them to-date,

- Manage worksets is key, but you need first to convert main model in a central file. By default, all levesl and grids will move to "Shared levels and grids" workset, wich can be turned on/off by view or in all project.

- Another option is the Scope box: create one around the building surroundings, then select levels and then the scope box name in Extents group parameter. This will automatically "hide" non selected levels, but will crop the views where applied.
