Annotation call-out (parameter?)

Hello people,

I am having issues with the Annotation call-out in plans, sections and details with the company template.

I just want the sheet number to be like "A-201" instead of all job number and code set-up (see attached image). 
I created a sheet prefix parameter which did not work. 

Any suggestion is grateful appreciated.

Check the family itself, somewhere there is a label which includes this.

Are your sheet numbers that long?  Why don't use a shorter format, such as A-201 as a genuine sheet number, and add a prefix to show for the titleblock and sheet index schedule?
