an error occurred while communicating with the cloud work sharing service RVT 19

Hi, I was working on a 3D model. I have tried to create parts and give additional parameters, but when i tried opening it later, i'm getting an error as above. The file was saved in Local. I don't get the logic behind that error.

Can somebody help me out.

P.S. The auto-saved models & the same model that I'd copied and saved it in different location earlier are also not working. Giving out the same error.
