Hello guys, i am making a new project at my college and it would be very useful to know if there any way to use revit to make a floor of a building, and after that copy it several times, making a building with multiple floors, but that all changes that are made in the original affect the other floors?

Create it as group (or linked file) & copy it to the different levels. Adjustments within the group will also change for other instances of the same group.

Groups can be turned into linked files, you can also bind linked files as groups. Search the forum for pro's and con's to using groups/linked files, ie. search for "group vs link".

what kind of "changes" are you referring to, Penetrations, floor plate dimensions, floor types/materials, etc...?
