When launching 2018.3, I have one user that's getting this error.
We've restarted, and tried to relaunch and we keep getting it.
The user can still open and work on files but we're trying to resolve what the issue might be.

The error occurred when getting to the splash screen, before trying to open any project.
Yes we have add-ins on that machine. The same add-ins as we have on about 140 other machines that don't get that error.
I would try to disable all the add-ins and check if it solves the problem.
If yes you would have to look for the one causing the problem and reinstall it, if not... I guess you can tell us and we will try to find another reason. 🙂
