all 3D-objects in views not visible

Hi there

we have a severe problem with a worksharing revit-file. 

whenever we open the file in the beginning there is NO 3d-object visible (walls, floors etc) even though they are all turned on in visibility template and so on.

we then have to go to the schedule list of walls, grids or floors, select a wall, grid or floor and hit "highlight in model" to make it visible again in the model. is there any solution to this problem? what went wrong?

we desperately need help...

Not sure, does it persist if you recreate the view?

yes, it does.

the only way to get rid of it is to detacht the cnetral when opening it.

as soon as we make again a worksahring file out of it, the problem starts again.

i suppose there is a bug in our worksahring project or something similar?

when you open the file, in the bottom right of the window, pick the down arrow next to the OPEN button.  make sue ALL is selected.
