Aligned dimension is not working

Hi everyone. Aligned Dim isn't working for exterior walls. when I click on the wall nothing happens!

can anyone help me plz?

• If you use Aligned with Entire Walls options - this will work only for Right angled walls (1)
• otherwise , you have to use Individual References :
  • hover over the intersection point till a blue point appears then click
  • repeat the process for the second point
