Align survey northing easting to revit model

I have a pipe penetrating a wall of a building. A survey was done on the outside of the building. I would like to make sure that the pipe from the inside matches with the location from the outside. Survey is a CAD file with the correct orientations, however my Revit model isn't aligned to it. How can i make it work?

You can move and align the CAD to your model and acquire coordinates.

Link it in center to center and ignore the warning unless you facing geometry/linework distortion afterward.

Okay so you might need to open the DWG in AutoCAD and delete the geometry faraway from the project area. Do a zoom extent to check them relink it in Revit

I would use Specify Coordinates at Point for this.
