Hello,

 

have problem to to render. 

When launch render the effect of image I choose is multiple square. 

i want an effect as in non realistic view (pic2).

 

How can I do?

It will be substantially easier if your render map was orthogonal.  That image won't tile the way you have set it up.

It is possible to use that by aligning it to the surface pattern and then rotating the surface pattern model lines to suit, but this is not the best option.

you need to search for a different image file / texture that you need and use the scale settings in the image properies dialogue (cut on your screenshot) to adjust the size to be applied.

Second image is the render in best view. 

i can't retry 10000 times for a good render. 

Comeone know the best parameter to have a realistci view?

Check if your new image map is still rotated as you had it before.

You need to download some proper material textures and some good bump maps...Note that you cannot simply stretch any .jpg to the dimensions you need. That will affect the resolution and format of the image. Below is one website where you can download various material texture. Lots for wood and roofing with dimensions showing.

Once you download and set in Revit, then you can adjust the mapping to match the dimensions of the image
