adjusting section marker

I'm trying to create a custom family for the section markers.  I've managed to get pretty much what I wanted but it seems a little counter intuitive, or I'm just getting old? 😉

So here is what it looks like.  I reduced the size of the circle but now there is a gap between the line and the circle. I actually tried to move the circle in

the section tag family  but that didn't work out so well.  Can someone point me in the direction or where I can either get that circle to move down to hit the line or stretch the line up to meet the circle.  I actually couldn't even find the parameter that controls the line in between the head and the tail.  Thanks for any tips.

I have attached a rvt file that has the family inside of it.  These sections seem to have a "view type" associated with them, that has the family head and tail loaded into it.  As such the family is not complete as an rfa file, correct?  See attached file.

After reduce the size of the symbol, you have to move it to meet the Right reference plane.  below is the warning when you create a Section head symbol from the OOTB family template.

Thanks - I'm getting a little closer.  When I move the geometry over to the right ref plane the gap disappears but the text and line in the middle seems to get left behind?  If I delete the text it disappears so it is definitely inside that family.  Why is this so difficult?  Family on the right, project file on the left.

You need to move the Left reference plane along with the symbol.  The Right reference plane and the Horizontal reference plane stay where they are.
