Adjusting Elevation of Building

Hey guys I'm having some trouble with moving a building down 3'. I would usually select all the levels, and the project base point then just move it in an elevation view. However some of the roofs are not coming with it and my roof is exploding and there all kinds of errors. I've tried unpining everything. I think the beam systems are messing it up. Any ideas? All roofs reference the levels I am moving.

Why are you moving the whole Model - Levels and all - down 3 feet?

Why don't you move the topo up instead?

I originally didn’t move the topo up because I didn’t want the spot elevations to be wrong. But now I Realize I can adjust the survey point to correct for that..

Move the Survey Point with the Topo.
