Adding Worksets modifier to a DWG layer standards .txt file

We need to make a new version of the DWG layer standards .txt file, with added modifier for Worksets.

Adding the modifiers in DWG settings is easy through DWG export settings, but it doesn't seem to save it to the loaded layer standards file. As the feature for exporting the modified settings as a new txt. file have been removed (since 2011?), I believe we need to copy our company's standards file and modify it manually.

We need to make the changes in to the .txt file, so it'll be available in all of our projects in our firm.

So the question is: How do I add the modifier setting for Worksets in the DWG layer standards .txt file? Can someone make an example file/screenshot with such settings?

Anyone? This should be possible, right? I'm open for other solutions, if someone knows alternative way to make a modified version of the existing layer standards file.

The task seems pretty simple nevertheless: adding a Workset modifier to the DWG layer standards the way that it can be shared with other existing and future projects. And preferably the added changes to the .txt file could be saved and archived.
