I don't how can we add a angle parameter to exist family, as the pivot point is the center of the hole and is not fixed(as the center of hole changes with change in diameter of rounded flanges). Can anyone suggest me a solution. I have also attached the file for your further analysis.

You can do it with a reference line, locking the point (marked in red - and not the hole line) to the reference planes (marked in blue). Then you can parametrize the angle.

I also want the family to move/rotate along the angle too at the pivot point.

I think that is not possible due to you have the family locked to a level. Maybe remaking the family...

What about nesting your Family into an Adaptive Template Family and hosting it to a parametric Ref. Point/Adaptive Point?  Interested?

Yes,

Yeah very much interested. Can also tell me how did you achieve the rotation?

I'll go one better. See attached RFA.  Note that your family (with a couple of minor changes to checkbox statuses) is nested into Adaptive Family and hosted to a Ref. Point which, in turn, is hosted to an Adaptive Point (use "Offset" Parameter to separate them a bit).  The Ref. Point that hosts your Family has a Rotation Parameter and that Parameter is associated to a Family Types Parameter of the same name.

Them are the basics.  You should be able to take it from there.  If you have questions along the way, just post them.

Can you also tell which Revit version was it edited(I have only 2020, 2022 and 2023), as i couldn't open the file you had sent me?

Can you also share a small demonstrative video for better understanding, if possible?

Thank you so much for temporary solution, but the pivot point changes with updating the family parameter through "Edit family". So was hoping for a permanent solution!

I'm not sure what that means. The Family is parametrically controlled. Make the Nested Family's Parameters Instance Parameters, and then associate them to Parameters in the Adaptive Family.  Now you can parametrically control the nested Family through the Adaptive Family.  Bada bing!  No?

Or don't associate nested family parameters. I made it Shared.  So, that means you can TAB-Select the Nested Family in the Project and make changes to its Type Properties.
