I have a Revit LT project that requires a sloped floor, but things are not quite straight forward. The dimensions of the floor are 26' x 46' . The slope begins 5' from the West end of the floor and extends for 24' at a slope of 1" / 12". I started by drawing a 26' X 46' rectangle then used the boundary line tool to mark off the 5' flat area before the slope starts, as well as the end of the slope 24' from the West edge. But when I was finished sketching and clicked on the green check mark, I got an error saying "lines cannot intersect each other". The North edge of the slab line and the line marking the off 5' flat surface area were highlighted as being the offending parts of the sketch.
Clearly, I am not using the correct technique to build this slab, but I am not clear on how to correct the error. Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks
Bill.
