Adding a multiplier to an area schedule

I have created an area schedule from my gross building area plans. I would like to have multipliers for my areas. For example, the multiplier for the basement area is 80% of the total. Is there a way to make this happen automatically in the schedule?

Edit you schedule and add a Calculated Value as a field.  Edit the field, change Type to Area and enter the Formular = Area * .8

I ended up adding a parameter for my factor since it varied by space and then did as you said with the Calculated Value and set the eqauation to Area * Factor.
