Addin Custom Fields in Sheet issues/Revisions

Hi,
I'm Trying to use the sheet issues/Revisions feature together with a Title Block.
However, in the dialog, I can only see the fields "issued to" and "Issued by."
What I would like to do is include additional fields such as:
- Drawn by/checked by/Approved by

is it possible to add there kinds of custom fields within the sheet issues/Revision feature?
or is there another recommended way to manage and display this information in the title block??

Not sure which version are you using but current version 2026.4 has this parameter if not you need create custome shared parameter.

What I mean is that I would like to add custom columns within the Revisions Feature(View > Sheet Composition > Revisions).

You mean this window:

You can't add columns to this one, but you can create a sheet list schedule and throw in any parameters you like.
