Add view filter to multiple existing views that already have unique filters

Scenario:

I'm detailing column and beam assemblies in Revit. Here's a sample of my detailing, for reference. Mark numbers are assigned with the sheet number (S100) and a letter after it.

Since structural connections are not allowed in "assemblies", I've been forced to create a parameter for each part to

assign an assembly mark number, and then create filters that hide everything except parts with matching numbers. So every view is currently templated with a "Fab detail" template, but "filters" are unchecked because they must be manually managed for every view. Here's an example of one of these filters:

Now that I've finished all of my column assemblies, I'm moving on to beams. But I've realized that my beam section marks are showing up on my column details now. Rather than manually hiding every one of them in every view, I think the best approach would be set up an additional filter for section marks that reads the assembly mark number parameter as well. Is there a way to apply this filter to more than one view at a time? Below is my new filter:

I attempted to include section marks in my original filter sets, but ran into the issue of reference sections not having any custom parameter fields available, so I threw that idea out. (I've got many typical sections cut in these assemblies).

Can you just use a View Template in the Plan View which has Sections turned off? Or a Filter that hides specific Section Types?

If you look at my detail sheet, you can see that I do need to see sections pertaining to the columns on my column sheet. But when I start making details of beams on another sheet, I need for these to be hidden on the column details (automatically?). I'm not really talking about the plan views. That's why I'm talking about creating a new filter but applying it to all views. Hopefully I'm being clear enough, it's a convoluted approach since Revit does not allow structural connections to be contained in assemblies.
