Add new parameter to revision

Hello

I was wondering if I could add another parameter to the revision table that is connected to the revision command. I am currently using all available fields and I need to create a new one next to Issued by column that says checked by.

Does anyone know if this is possible?

Combine Issued to / Issued by to one field and use the other for Checked by.
