Add assembly view to legend

Is there a way to select this assembly view as a legend component from the family selector?

The actual family used isn't showing correctly so I want to use the elevation of the assembly view I created.

No.  Just duplicate the assembly view, place it on sheet, and label it Legend.

Where do all these end up in the browser?

In Properties it says Detail View - Detail but that is not showing up under the browser.

Can't find.
