I'm trying to control the extension of an arc segment using its outer vertical dimension. Head face of the arced wall should stay radial, i.e. perpendicular to the arc's lateral faces, which in turn should maintain their radius.
When I constrain the head face by a calculated angular parameter, it reacts by reorienting itself and disconnecting from the outer lateral face while both lateral faces remain constant. Locking to a radial reference plane doesn't work either (overconstrained). Using orthogonal constrains on the corner points messes up the radius.
I attach the family file and an illustrative draft. Can anyone help me do this?
