Acquire Coordinates

I have a project which I drawn on the OS map (true north and project north are defined correctly)
I received the land survey in 3D dwg, when I link CAD and then do acquire coordinates, it rotates the true north to match my project north, what am I doing wrong?

Doesn't sound like you are doing anything wrong. Sounds like Project North and True North are both at 12 o'clock high.  No? 

...did you rotate the Site Link in the Project?  If not, there would be no change. Typically, we orient the site to the building and then Acquire Coordinates.

You might want to use the Specify Coordinates at Point method.
