AcInetEngine19 - Could not write to Internet cache

Hello - I am using combination of .NET programming with Revit API and Revit to generate the BIM models on my computer in an unattended manner. But sometimes the Revit instance on my machine crashes with the error - "AcInetEngine19 - Could not write to Internet cache on your computer."
I could not find any information online regarding Revit and this error. However I found the below articles for AutoCAD.

Some of the responsses to the above post indicates that turning off Autodesk360 ( or i guess BIM360 in my case) would solve this problem. Or turning off InfoCenter might help.
I have attached the exact error message.
Has anyone on this forum seen this issue with Revit? And have you been able to fix this issue permanently? If yes, what steps did you follow?
