Access to Run Energy Simulation and energy analysis issues

Hello,

I am having trouble with my Energy Analysis tools in REVIT. I am a student using revit 2016, currently enrolled in a Revit class. Every time I attempt to run the energy simulation, a message pops up saying "I no longer have access to this". I have tried a number of things, included making sure my cloud rendering still works (it does) and that I can log into and activate GBS online (which I can). Please let me know what I can do!

It is a known issue for student licenses ... Send a support request to Autodesk Education Comunity using the following form/link Autodesk EDUCATION COMMUNITY SUPPORT 

They should sort it out quite fast

Hello, I also have problem with the energy analysis tool for Revit 2016 student version. I created a model with mass floors but when I try to view the energy model and results, I get an error message that says "Revit failed to create a valid energy analytical model ..." and in the lower right corner of the drawing window I see a box with error message: "Can't create any energy analysis surfaces. There are no Room bounding elements defined in the current phase. Please check the Product Information settings." Unfortunately, I don't know how to resolve this issue. I need help, please.
