Access expiring soon

Hello.

I get every day from Revit a message that my access expiring soon.

I have already pressed Renew now and now if I press again I am redirected to my account where it says that I am eligible to use the software for another year.

Why do I still get a message that my access expires soon?

The last line in de screen shot says: "To renew you annual education access ..... click Get product below". What happens if you click "Get product"?

you will need to contact edu support: https://www.autodesk.com/education/support

to get this resolved if nothing works
