I have two questions about Revit link file and schedule.
1. The Room of Revit link file is not recognized when creating schedule. So, what should I do about this? I hope information such as room name will be recognized together.
2. Can I insert a schedule in Revit link file? For example, create a schedule in 'Revit file 1', and insert the schedule in 'Revit file 2' as it is. (Importing a file of 1 rather than writing it in 2)
1. Check the Phase of the Schedule.
2. No.
...and check that the Phases of the Link are mapped correctly.
....and that this is checked:
Thank you. The yellow part is already checked. I can't explain it well, but I don't think the room name of the linked file is recognized more than other information.
The table above is a list of door, and the two blanks in front are the room names. The linked inquiry information seems to be entered, but the room name is not recognized.
Please elaborate your prb more or share your revit file
Could be in a nested link in link that is not attached to the link. Instead, it is overlayed. Attach it to the link and then reload the link into your project.
Could be in Link Design Option or Workset that is being read by the Schedule. Open Schedule VGOs and change Link to Custom and then set link to the correct DO or Workset.
Here's 33 other things to check:
