Looking to know if Revit allows you to move elements from a design option within a design option set to a 2nd option within the same set without having to start from scratch?
example:
Design Option Set name: Layout
Option 1 (contains walls saved in its set). Looking to move walls to Option 2/ add them to the set "Option 2"

using the Add to Set tool, i don't believe so. But, you can copy them from one Option to another by selecting them in the first Option and picking Copy to Clipboard. Then in the other Option, "Paste to Same Place".

Easiest way is to set a Design Option and then duplicate it and edit as required as all items are carried across.
Bus as long as the Main Model (Primary) is set with the Items you want to add and you untick "Exclude Options" you should be able to Add/Copy to other Design Options
