Hi,

I'm working on a workshared central file with 4 other users. Our file has been working fine till yesterday where we would get this message whenever we tried to open our central file. ''A serious error has occurred. The current action has been cancelled''

I read somewhere that you can restore a backup of the central file. All though, it's kind of difficult to do since we can't even access the central file. I found a backup folder for the central file but all the files looks like this and don't seem to be accessible. They are DAT files

Did you try following the instructions for restoring a back-up for a cloud model?

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.

Sure.

I localised the central file on my computer. I right clicked it and clicked ''Restore previous versions''. Then I clicked on the latest version that worked and clicked the button ''Restore''. After that, I could access another backup system. This method works if you're not able to access the file at all
