Hi,

While deleting cell hole in Rolled section

An error is "A group has been changed outside edit mode"

What's your doubt?

The error message explains pretty much everything you want to know.

If you don't want to see that next time you make an edit, select your group and use the "Edit Group" command before changing it. Revit will enter in a special mode that only allows changes to this specific group.

Select, ungroup and delete the group in question. That will make Revit stop complaining.
