4th Floor walls showing on 3rd floor

When I look at my 3rd floor plans, there is a portion that is darker and can be edited but is listed as 4th floor. I've looking in elevation to see if that was an issue but everything looks fine. I also tried the "attach top/base" and that didn't help either. I need to edit the 3rd floor walls but they're underneath the fourth floor when they shouldn't be.Screenshot (24).png

Set the view Underlay to None.

Just tried that, it didn't fix it. It must not be the underlay.

How did you create the Third Floor? Did you duplicate the Fourth Floor and name it Third Floor?

What's the Associated Level of the Third Floor?

That might've been it. Don't remember exactly, but I just deleted 3rd floor up and recreated them with the level tool and it seems to be resolved
