Explain how you would use them.  I mean, you can LOCK a 3D View and Tag.  Is that what you're after?

You can associate model text to a parameter.  Is that what you want to do?

It appears to me that you are trying to associate it to a Parameter that is not a Multiline Text Parameter - hence the error message.  What more needs to be said?  The error message says it all.  No?
