3d terrain

not able to develop 3d road terrain from this autocad file in revit. Its not developing 3d terrain when i use toposurface please help me on this

Here is the CSV file extract from the DWG. Just use topo create from import and specify point file. As for unit, the original is set to inches, but I am not sure if that is the actual unit. Just specify unit and Revit will create the topo from the CSV file.

Here you go. The unit I use is feet. As I said before the DWG file you provided don't have proper unit. So when translate into Revit, it could be in inches, meters, feets, centimeter or whatever unit. This is why I provide the file so you import it yourself and set the unit.

 its not opening , i m using REVIT 2020

It is because I am using 2021 and you didn't tell me which version you are using. I gave you the CSV file so you import that into older version of Revit. Some of the Revit user may not have Revit 2020 since Autodesk stop supporting it.
